Our Warranty

We're a start-up. We don't yet have a formal warranty policy. What we do have is a desire to make all of our customers completely happy.

Vectolabs is extremely liberal with our repairs and replacements as we introduce this product to the market.  Vololights is a brand new technology and like most first releases, customers are helping us to find the issues along the way.  In almost every case, we incorporate changes or fixes immediately when they occur.  Other recommendations are added to our improvement list for next generation product.

If for whatever reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund. We might ask you for feedback to improve our product, but it will never be used to deny a return.

Returns must be in good condition, i.e., without modification to the part.  If you have a question regarding this policy or the product, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We appreciate your business, and look forward to making other drivers, better drivers.

    This would be a much better product if it was made of impact resistant plastic. My unit (frame) broke during a accidental drop of two feet. Super glue fixed it, but for the price of this product I expected more.

    The plastics is an impact resistant ABS plastics. We're very surprised to hear that the frame broke from a drop of 2 feet. We will investigate, test and work with our vendor to make sure we have the high quality product that you expect.
